Cancellation policy
Refill Club is our subscription. Joining is optional and is never pre-selected. This page sets out exactly what you agree to when you choose it.
What you agree to
When you choose Refill Club at checkout you authorise us to charge your payment method today for your first order, and then again at the interval and price shown below, until you cancel. The amount and interval are also shown above the button on the product page before you buy, and in your order confirmation.

Shipping is free on every Refill Club order. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. Refills renew only when your supply is due to run out: a 60-day supply is never renewed after 30 days.
Reminders
We email you 5 days before every refill with the date, the amount, and links to skip, pause, change the date or cancel.
How to cancel
- Open the "Manage subscription" link in any Refill Club email, or log in to your account.
- Press Cancel, then Confirm.
That is all. There is no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee and no phone call. You can also email support@myoody.com and we will cancel for you the same business day. Cancel at least 1 day before your next refill date to stop that refill.
Skip, pause or change
From the same page you can skip the next refill, pause, move the date or switch to a different path.
Price changes
If a refill price ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will email you and try again over the following days. If it still fails, the subscription is paused, never sent to collections.
Refunds
Your first order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If a refill ships that you did not want, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it. See our refund policy.
