Refund policy
The short version: try OODY for 60 days. If it is not for you, email us and we refund the full price and the shipping you paid. You do not have to send anything back or explain yourself.
60-day money-back guarantee
- The guarantee covers your first order of OODY Oil of Oregano + Black Seed Oil, on any supply path, bought on myoody.com.
- You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered.
- We refund the product price and the original shipping charge, to your original payment method.
- You keep the jar. We do not ask for empty or part-used jars to be returned.
- The guarantee applies once per customer and household.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@myoody.com with your order number or the email address you ordered with. That is all we need. We reply within one business day and issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Refill Club orders
If a refill ships that you did not want, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it. To stop future refills, cancel in two clicks from your account or from any reminder email, or ask us and we will do it for you. See our subscription policy.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, email support@myoody.com within 30 days with a photo if you can. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
What is not covered
- OODY products bought from other websites, marketplaces or resellers. Please contact the seller you bought from.
- Second and later refund requests under the 60-day guarantee from the same customer or household.
