Order Tracking
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information within 1–3 days. Use this tracking number to follow your package all the way home.

✦ Customs & International Delivery: International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing. My Oody does not control customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for these delays.
✦ Peak Seasons: During busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and New Year, production and delivery times may be slightly extended. Please order early for special occasions.
✦ Handmade with Care: Because every My Oody set is handcrafted — not mass-produced — please understand that production takes time. We promise it's worth the wait!
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. My Oody is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to modify your shipping information.
