More than anything, we want you to be happy with your My Oody nails! If something doesn't look or feel right, please email us at support@myoody.com, and we'll make it right!
🎨 Important: Handmade Product Notice
Every My Oody nail set is 100% handcrafted by our skilled artisans in Vietnam. Because each piece is made by hand — not by machines — please understand that:
- Slight variations are normal. Minor differences in color, pattern placement, or design details between the product photos and your received item are part of the handmade charm.
- No two sets are exactly alike. This is what makes your nails unique and special — they are one-of-a-kind wearable art.
- Color differences up to 10-15% may occur due to lighting in product photos, screen display settings, or the natural handcrafting process.
These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
1. Defective / Damaged / Faulty Items
My Oody offers 14 days from the delivered date for replacement or refund requests.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us at support@myoody.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
We will review your submission. If your item is eligible, we will send a free replacement. In rare cases where replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
You do not need to return the defective item.
2. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We typically do not accept refunds or replacements for:
- ✗ Minor handmade variations — Slight differences in color, pattern, or design placement (as explained above)
- ✗ Customer errors — Incorrect size or shape selection. Please review your order carefully before checkout!
- ✗ Damage from improper use or care — Nails that have been worn, applied incorrectly, or damaged after use
- ✗ Change of mind — "I don't like the design anymore" after receiving
- ✗ Sale or promotional items — Products purchased during sales or with discount codes
3. Shipping Issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than:
- 20 days for US orders
- 30 days for international orders
You may request a replacement or refund.
We do not accept refunds for:
- ✗ Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- ✗ Packages returned due to unclaimed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
4. Order Cancellation & Modification
Because our nails are made to order, your order can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing the order.
After 1 hour, production begins and we cannot cancel or change your order.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method.
